DARVY does far more than collect documents. Documents are one source of evidence, and on their own they are frequently out of date, incomplete, or contradicted by something recorded elsewhere.

Not everything starts with the same level of certainty.
We do not assume that an uploaded document is correct or current. Everything in your file carries a status, and you can see which is which.

A worked example
"Mom's house is in the trust."
To establish whether that is true, these have to reconcile:
- Recorded deed
- Trust name and date
- Current trustee
- Property tax record
- Insurance policy
- Any mortgage
If they do not, we do not tell you what it means. We identify the mismatch, and the specific question that belongs with your attorney.
This is a long way from upload your estate documents, and it is the difference that matters most.

Family alignment and communication
Most of what stops a family situation moving is not legal or financial. It is that different people hold different pictures, and nobody has put them side by side.
DARVY works out who is involved, who needs information, what information people are missing, where views differ, who owns each decision, and what conversations are needed before anything can move. Then we help prepare that conversation.
We are not therapists and we do not settle family disputes. We help everyone work from the same picture, which is usually the part that was missing.
About the technology
