For professionals
You handle your professional role. We help the family keep the whole situation moving.
For estate and elder-law attorneys, professional fiduciaries, trust companies, financial advisors, CPAs, care professionals, and property professionals.
Many clients do not need more advice first.
They need the situation made workable.
Documents are scattered. Responsibilities are unclear. Family members are overwhelmed. Property needs attention. Several professionals are working in parallel with no shared operating picture.
Most of that work sits between professional roles, which means it lands on whoever is least able to refuse it. Often that is you.
A situation you will recognize
A trust holds several properties for several beneficiaries. The trustee has legal authority but does not want to manage beneficiary communication or property logistics. Counsel handles the legal work and does not want to become the project manager. The beneficiaries do not know what happens next, so they call whoever answers.
DARVY coordinates the non-legal work around the trustee and counsel.
Three levels, stop at any
Some clients need the situation organized. Others need a neutral place to work through the practical paths and prepare the questions that come back to you. Others need ongoing coordination. DARVY can stop at whichever level is appropriate.
- Readiness Assessment$995. The operating picture: known, missing, mismatched, urgent, and what needs to happen next.
- Transition AdvisoryTypically $1,500–$3,500, project-based depending on scope. Working through paths, tradeoffs and sequencing with the family, and preparing the questions that belong with you.
- Readiness + CoordinationCustom scope. Ongoing coordination of people, professionals, information, property and dependencies. Where property needs someone on the ground, local support is scoped inside this engagement in San Diego, Orange, and San Francisco counties.
What DARVY takes on
- Initial situation organization and identifying what is missing
- Document and authority inventory
- Property and asset information gathering
- Multi-property status, carrying costs, occupancy, insurance, valuation inputs, and readiness tracking
- Beneficiary communication logistics and meeting preparation, without making fiduciary decisions
- Professional coordination and follow-up
- Task sequencing, dependency tracking, and status reporting
- Preparing questions and materials for review, so your time goes to judgment rather than information gathering
- Coordination and follow-through after professional decisions are made
What DARVY does not do
- Give legal, tax, investment, clinical, or fiduciary advice
- Act as trustee, executor, guardian, conservator, or agent under a power of attorney
- Decide how trust or estate property is distributed, retained, sold, or allocated
- Interpret contested provisions
- Take custody of client funds
- Replace your client's existing professional team
The trustee retains authority. Counsel retains legal judgment. DARVY helps make the situation decision-ready and coordinates what happens around those decisions.
The referral relationship
We strengthen the professional relationship rather than displacing it. Questions requiring professional judgment come back to you, with the situation better organized than when it left.
DARVY does not pay or accept referral fees, and does not share fees with attorneys or other licensed professionals. Our fees are fixed or project-based and never contingent on a property transaction or any particular outcome.
